Our office is at 5, Baba Daudu Street, Behind Rhema Chapel, Tipper Garage, Tanke, Ilorin, Kwara State. Our flagship development, The Scenery, is at Arowosaye Area, Off Eyenkorin–Ogele Expressway, Ilorin.
How much does a plot at The Scenery cost?
The launch price is ₦2,000,000 per 450 sqm plot. Launch pricing is fixed for the first release of plots and is reviewed upward upon sell-out of each tranche, so early investors benefit from maximum appreciation.
What payment plans are available?
We offer flexible options: outright payment, a 3-month instalment plan, or a 6-month instalment plan. Terms and conditions apply, and our team will walk you through the structure that suits you.
What documents will I receive when I buy?
Buyers receive a Registered Survey Plan, Deed of Assignment, Contract of Sale, and Allocation Documentation. A Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) is in view for the development.
Can I inspect the site before buying?
Yes. We strongly encourage site inspections. You can book one through our Contact page, by phone, or via WhatsApp, and our team will arrange a convenient time.
Is the land genuine and free of disputes?
Every property we offer undergoes thorough verification and due diligence. The Scenery sits within a government-approved layout, including a 250-metre protected river setback.
Do you offer property management services?
Yes. We provide full property management — tenant screening, rent collection, inspections, maintenance coordination, facility management, and financial reporting — to help owners maximise returns.
Can I invest without building immediately?
Yes. Many clients acquire plots purely for land banking and capital appreciation, holding the asset and developing later, or reselling as values rise.
